One of the UK’s biggest and hottest live bands is coming to Kilbarchan Performing Arts Centre (KPAC) for a unique and intimate live show.  The sensational Big Vern n the Shootahs are renowned throughout the live music circuit as the ultimate feel-good party band.

Gateway Garden Party, 12pm-4pm

This family fun day will feature a range of activities, stalls and performances. Young Habbies can join Kilbarchan storyteller Anne Pitcher for some interactive storytelling fun (2pm) along with puppets, props, sound makers and songs. Book launch: Kilbarchan and the Handloom Weavers by Helen Calcluth

Old Library Centre, 7.30pm

Published by Renfrewshire Local History Forum, Kilbarchan and the Handloom Weavers covers the history of the Kilbarchan weavers from the seventeenth century to the 1950s when the last Kilbarchan weaver plied his trade.

Lilias Day historic parade followed by Lilias Day Events and Celebration in Kilbarchan Park

Kilbarchan’s famous Lilias Day includes a historic parade followed through the village by decorated floats, pipe and brass bands. The parade finishes in Kilbarchan Park where a host of stalls, activities and events take place throughout the day to raise thousands of pounds for good causes.
